Dear Parents/Guardians,

2019 Testing Letter to The Parents

Dear Parents of the Class of 2019!
This is Alper Ciftci reaching out to you on behalf of the HSI-Sugar Land Senior Committee. I am sending this email regarding the Graduation Ceremony`19 Ticket Request Form that was sent out to you all recently. We have yet to receive all of your responses to said Google Form and the graduation is quickly approaching! While we have guaranteed up to 10 tickets per family, we would like to try and accommodate those who may want more or less than the given number. Therefore, it is imperative that you all submit this Google Form as soon as possible. I would like to remind you all that the sooner you respond to the form, the better it is for you and your guests, as priority will be given firstly to handicapped guests, then in order of the time, the responses are received. On the same note, if you have submitted your form and want to change your number of requested tickets, you will have to send an email to hsisc2019@gmail.com, stating that you want to change your number. This will allow your initial entry to be deleted so that you can update your number. If you request for the change and allow your entry to be deleted, you will lose your spot in ranking and be dropped to the bottom of the priority list. Therefore, please be as accurate as possible when you request tickets. If you are interested in adjusting your number, do it as soon as possible.  Please keep in mind that all tickets, according to Jones Hall requirements, will correspond to a specific seat, which guests are required to sit in. As a final reminder, any parents who do not submit this form will not receive priority-based seating, will only receive ten tickets, and people within their party who need handicapped seating may not be able to sit with their families. The Graduation Ticket Request Form in question has been sent to you all through Google Forms.
As for other Graduation-related updates, we have passed out all caps and gowns to students who have completed their senior dues payments. If your child hasn’t finished their payments, please get them in as soon as possible so that your child can receive their cap and gown. Parking at the venue will be $12.00, and guests will receive information regarding specifics for parking (and the rest of the event) in the upcoming weeks. Invitations will be sent out to families soon, and as a reminder, doors open to the event at 5:30 PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to email me at aciftci@harmonytx.org, or to reach out to HSI Senior Committee at hsisc2019@gmail.com.
Have a wonderful day!
Best regards,
Mr. Ciftci
