2019 Mustangs Volleyball Schedule

MAP testing is scheduled for August 26 through September 11.  Students in grades 9 and 10 will take the Reading and Math exams the week of August 26 and the Language exam the week of September 3.  Please see the attached parent letter for more information about MAP testing.

URGENT!!!   
The Girls’ VB Tryouts have been 
RESCHEDULED.  We apologize for the confusion. 
But, you must have a physical evaluation completed to tryout.
Thursday, August 15 –  Junior Varsity Tryouts
3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
 Location:  HSI-Sugarland Gym
Friday, August 16 – VARSITY TRYOUTS
3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Location:   HSI-Sugarland Gym
All tryout participants must stay the entire time of the tryout period.  Otherwise, you will not be considered for the team.

VB Tryout Information Packet.
To attend the tryouts, you must submit all the required paperwork to Coach Christopher or Coach Roark.
It’s MANDATORY to submit ALL three(3) items below:
1.)  Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form                       (Completed & Signed)
2.)  Player Information Sheet(Completed & Signed)
3.)  Parent Consent Form(Completed & Signed)
*The Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form can be picked up in the school lobby, along with the tryout packet.

Dear Student & Parents/Guardians,

A warm welcome back after the Summer holiday, I hope that you all had a wonderful time with your family. A special welcome goes out to our new families and children, I do hope that you will become actively involved in the life of the school. We hope you are all looking forward to the new year as much as we are!  
 
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAREFULLY REGARDING SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUESTS!
  • All requests for a schedule change must have all required signatures AND a detailed reason for the change should be included and MUST submit through the online form provided below. 
  • The deadline for turning in a schedule change request form is Friday, August 30th. No late request form will be accepted.
  • Schedule changes are subject to class availability. Since some changes require the shifting of other classes, it may not be possible to grant the request due to conflicts and/or class size.
  • Final approval for schedule changes will be granted by the College Counseling department.
  • Students will follow the schedule they have been given until notified by the college counselors that a change has been made. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the student being counted absent in the scheduled classes.
