Juniors will take the SAT on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. The exam starts promptly at 8 AM. There are no make-up opportunities for students who arrive late or are absent on the day of the test.
- WHAT TO BRING:
o #2 pencils (no mechanical pencils)
o Eraser
o Snack (eat during scheduled breaks)
o Watch with no audible alarm or communications/recording capabilities
- WHAT NOT TO BRING:
o Electronic Devices of any kind including:
- Cell Phones/Phones of Any Kind
- Personal Computing Devices (laptops, notebooks, Bluetooth devices)
- Smartwatches/Wearable Technology that can be used to record, transmit, or receive information
- Cameras
- Timers
- Audio Players/Recorders
o Highlighters, Mechanical Pencils, Pens, Dictionaries, Rulers
o Calculator (school will provide all students with an approved calculator)
To help ensure a successful testing experience, make sure your child arrives to school on time, is fully rested, and is prepared to test. It is also important to make sure your child eats a good dinner the night before and a good breakfast the morning of testing.
